I hold a composite Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogical Science and History from Adama University and a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. I have various experiences in both academic and industrial settings. I served as a Psychology Lecturer and Department Head for six years before joining the National Cyber Security Agency (INSA), where I worked as a Psychology Analyst and Organizational Development Researcher. During this period, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Israeli psychologists in developing various psychometric and psychological assessment tools.
Subsequently, I served as the Chief Officer of Communication and Public Relations for one of Ethiopia’s largest endowment and investment corporations, EFFORT. Currently, I am a pre-doctoral grant holder at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), working within the GenTIC Research Group.
