Where: Campus UOC – Building U (room U.01, C/ Perú, 52 Barcelona)

During the ceremony, the winning works from the last edition of the three calls will be awarded. By hosting this event on February 13 -coinciding with the month of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science-, the UOC joins global efforts to recognize the vital role women play in science and technology. This initiative aims to promote access for women and girls to education, training, and research in STEM fields, while highlighting the persistent inequalities across all areas of knowledge.

To open the ceremony, journalist and host Cristina Sáez will lead a conversation with winners from previous editions of the different award categories. This will be followed by the presentation of the UOC Science and Gender Awards to this year’s winners.
