On June 2, Milagros Sáinz participated with a previous seminar on gender identity and technology in which she discussed how to overcome the stereotypes and biases related to technological occupations.
Radia is a training program in digital technologies aimed at improving the employability and social inclusion of women with disabilities. Created by Fundación ONCE, Fundación CEOE and Conferencia de Consejos Sociales de las Universidades Españolas (CCS), the program includes brainstorm sessions on topics such as artificial intelligence, e-commerce, biotechnology and green tech, as well as providing participants with mentoring opportunities by STEM professionals and internships in the digital sector industry.
