The CASPER project is organizing its final event on 14 and 21 March 2022. The two-day webinars are aimed to discuss the project findings together with gender equality practitioners, researchers, policymakers and other stakeholders of the European research and innovation system.
CASPER has analysed the feasibility of establishing a European award/certification system for gender equality for research organizations. The project team has carried out an extensive assessment of available certification schemes and current needs in Europe and internationally, and has developed three possible scenarios. The CASPER final event is an occasion to exchange views about the potential impact of a new European-wide certification for gender equality in research and get to know related policy recommendations and support tools.
